starQuick® rail
With 2 turns only the starQuick® pipe clip can be fixed to the starQuick® rail in a secure way by using the rail adapter. The rail adapter is suitable for starQuick® pipe clips up to and including SQ 32 (Ø 35 mm).
The starQuick® rail can be used in 2 different ways: with the fixing slot to the wall or ceiling, or with the perforated side. The hole distance of the starQuick® rail is 50 mm.
For the installation of the starQuick® rail to a concrete or brick wall the use of the starQuick® push nail SQ-PN is recommended.

Load of the starQuick® rail
Since the starQuick® rail is made from plastic the maximum load is limited.Taking into account the above mentioned fixing parameters a maximum load of 35 N at a deflection of f = 1/150 x L is allowed. Taking the maximum distance of 1500 mm the load of a copper pipe, 100% filled with water, is per fixing point:

Adapter for connecting starQuick® clips to standard STRUT-rail profile 41 mm - 1.5/8". Maximum load 200 N. The adapter comprises of 2 pieces: the starQuick® railadapter (material PA6) + the clamping part to STRUT (material POM). Suitable for starQuick® clips maximum SQ 32 (31,2-35,8 mm). A carton STRUT adapters code 8510000 contains an equal quantity of both parts.

RapidStrut® T-Bolt M8
Male thread assembly for connecting starQuick® clips to standard steel STRUT- rail profile 41 mm - 1.5/8". The assembly comprises of a steel slide nut, steel washer and plastic spring. The assembly is secured to the Strut rail by using a starQuick® clip with a M8 nut inserted. A carton RapidStrut® T-bolts code 9900508 contains an equal quantity of assemblies and starQuick® M8 nuts.

RapidRail® T-Bolt M8
Male thread assembly for connecting starQuick® clips to steel C-profile rail - width 30 mm (1.1/16") and a slot of 15 mm (5/8"). The assembly comprises of a steel slide nut, steel washer and plastic spring. The assembly is secured to the rail by using a starQuick® clip with a M8 nut inserted. A carton RapidStrut® T-bolts code 9900108 contains an equal quantity of assemblies and starQuick® M8 nuts.
